  • Hand out volunteer and participant t-shirts
  • Post signage outside and inside buildings
  • Guides to direct participants to homerooms and events

  • Photograph and video tape events and participants for awards ceremony
  • Assist event supervisors with their competitions
  • Live projection of spectator events on a large screen
